DMCA Policy

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If your material has been removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice, and you believe that the material is not infringing or that you have the right to post and use such material from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our copyright agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Perfect Pancake Muffins Recipe" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not file a court action seeking a court order against the content provider within 10 to 14 business days, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
